– CANADA, Vancouver – LNG Energy Group Corp. (TSX: LNGE / OTC: LNGNF / FRA: E26) announced the appointments of Chad McGuffin and Matt Molak to its Board of Directors effective immediately.
Mr. McGuffin is the President of Lewis Energy Group, L.P., and Mr. Molak is the CFO of LEG.
Effective immediately, Mr. Lawler and Mr. Jumper have resigned from the Board of Directors.
