Columbus McKinnon adds Jerry Colella and Chad Abraham to its Board as Independent Directors

– USA, NY –  Columbus McKinnon Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCO), a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of intelligent motion solutions for material handling, today announced the appointments of Jerry Colella and Chad Abraham to its Board as Independent Directors, effective November 11, 2021, bringing the board to eleven directors of which ten are independent

Mr. Colella will join the Compensation Committee and the Governance and Nomination Committee, while Mr. Abraham will join the Audit Committee and the Governance and Nomination Committee.
