– USA, NY – Columbus McKinnon Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCO), a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of intelligent motion solutions for material handling, today announced the appointment of Board member Gerald Colella as Chair of the Board of Directors, succeeding Rick Fleming who has stepped down as Chairman on March 31, 2023, and will retire from the Board at the AGM in July.
The Board has also appointed Kathryn Roedel as Lead Director to serve as a key advisor and support for the Chair of the Board.
