About Richard Howell
Richard Howell is CFO of Primary Health Properties plc, the FTSE-250 REIT, and a leading investor in flexible, modern primary healthcare accommodation across the UK and Ireland. He has over 25 years of commercial property experience within the listed property sector and previously held the role of Finance Director – Joint Ventures at LondonMetric Property plc until March 2017.
Richard Howell is a qualified accountant with relevant financial experience.
