– UK, London – Legal & General Group Plc (LON: ) today announced the current Non-Executive Director Lesley Knox as the new Senior Independent Director with immediate effect, succeeding Philip Broadley who will remain a Non-Executive Director.
About Lesley Knox
Lesley Knox joined the Board on 1 June 2016 as a Non-Executive Director. She is Chair of the Group Remuneration Committee and is also a member of the Group Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee and Group Risk Committee.
