He has a proven track record of building branded businesses and developing the people, capabilities, and organizational structures necessary to achieve robust business results. Since 2018, Mr. LaMontagne has served as a Senior Advisor for McKinsey & Company, focused specifically on creating single multifunctional strategic/demand plans driven by consumer segmentation, category growth ideas, and integrated commercial plans. He currently serves as the non-executive Board Chair for Acosta Sales & Marketing, one of the industry’s leading brand-building agencies.
