– UK, London – Kore Potash (AIM: KP2 | ASX: KP2 | JSE: KP2), the potash development company today announced the appointment of Wouter Pulinx to its Board as a Non-Executive Director as nominated by Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A, effective from 24 July 2023.
“We welcome Wouter to the Board and look forward to his contribution to the governance of the Company. In addition to SQM’s considerable investment to date, it continues to provide important technical support for the development of our potash projects in the Republic of Congo”, said Board Chairman, David Hathorn.

Wouter Pulinx works as legal counsel in the Antwerp office of SQM overseeing legal operations of the commercial offices in the EMEAA region. His position within SQM, and his location in Europe, give him commercial and corporate perspectives that will be of value to Kore Potash.
