– IRELAND, Tralee – Kerry Group plc (LON: KYGA) today announced the appointment of Fiona Dawson to its Board as a non-executive director with effect from 4 January 2022.
“On behalf of the Group we are delighted that Fiona will be joining our Board. Her addition brings significant and wide-ranging business leadership and experience across the consumer food and beverage sector globally. She brings an international mindset with an understanding of markets around the world, the trends impacting customers and consumers as well as a knowledge of operating in a global matrix organisation,” commented Board Chairman, Philip Toome.
About Fiona Dawson
Ms Dawson has over 30 years of experience in the consumer food and beverage sector and has retired after a long and successful career with Mars Inc during which she held a variety of senior management roles. She will bring to the Board a deep knowledge of the consumer food and beverage sector and general management experience on a global scale. In 2021 Ms. Dawson was awarded an Honorary CBE for services to women and the UK economy.
