– UK, London – Judges Scientific plc (LON: JDG), the group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector, announced the appointment of current Non-Executive Director Ralph Elman to the role of Non-Executive Chair of the Group effective from 1 January 2025, to replace Alex Hambro who will retire as Chair but remains as a Non-Executive Director before stepping down from the Board at the next AGM in May 2025.
