– SWITZERLAND, Zug – International Workplace Group plc (LON: IWG), the world’s largest hybrid workspace platform with a network in over 120 countries through flexible workspace brands such as Regus, Spaces, HQ, Signature and Worka, announced the appointment of current Board member Tarun Lal as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Nomination Committee, replacing on an interim basis François Pauly who will step down from the Board with effect on 31 December 2024.
Douglas Sutherland, Board Chairman, said: “Since joining in May 2022, Tarun has been an engaged member of the Board bringing valuable contributions to discussions and I am confident he will effectively execute his new responsibilities as we implement our plans to refresh the Board in the near term.”
