– UK, Twyford – Interserve PLC (LSE:IRV), the international support services and construction group, today announced that Nicholas Pollard will join the Board as an independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee of the Board from 26 June 2018.
Nicholas has extensive experience as an advisor to boards in a range of public and private companies on their strategy and wider business issues, particularly in the construction industry. He also has considerable international experience, principally in the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Nicholas is currently Group CEO at Cory Riverside Energy, who generate renewable baseload electricity from London’s residual waste. Previous experience has seen him as a senior private-sector leader at Railtrack plc, Network Rail, Skanska, Bovis Lend Lease, Navigant and Balfour Beatty plc. Nicholas is a member of the CBI Infrastructure Board, advisor to the Water Industry Commission for Scotland and a Board member of the Environmental Services Association.
