– UK, Aberdeen – Trinity Exploration & Production plc (LON: TRIN), the independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, today announced the appointment of Nicholas Clayton, Senior Independent Director, as Interim Non-Executive Chairman, replacing Bruce Dingwall during his period of absence due to a serious health incident.
Nicholas Clayton, Interim Non-Executive Chairman of Trinity, said: “The Board’s thoughts are with Bruce and his family at this difficult time and we wish him a safe and speedy recovery.
