International Personal Finance welcomes Aileen Wallace to its Board as Independent Director

– UK, Leeds –  International Personal Finance PLC (LON: IPF) today announced the appointment of Aileen Wallace to its Board as an independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 20 December 2022.

The company also announced that John Mangelaars will resign from the Board, effective from 20 December 2022.

She is currently a Non-Executive Director with Hodge Group and Hodge Bank and Target Group Ltd, a digital transformation and services business owned by Tech Mahindra.
