– UK, Leeds – International Personal Finance plc (LON: IPF), today announced the appointment of current Non-Executive Director Katrina Cliffe as Senior Independent Director effective from 1 December 2023, to succeed Richard Holmes who remains Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and as a member of the Nominations & Governance Committee and Remuneration Committee.
Katrina Cliffe joined the Board on 1 August 2022 as a Non-Executive Director. Katrina is also our Board workforce engagement lead and previously held the position of Senior Independent Director at HomeServe plc.
