– UK, London – Insig AI plc (LON: INSG), the data science and machine learning solutions company announced the appointment of John Wilson as Independent Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
The company also announced the appointment of Richard Bernstein as CEO with immediate effect, replacing Colm McVeigh who is stepping down from the Board and as CEO.
The Company also announced that CTO Warren Pearson is stepping down from the Board, but remains a full-time employee.
About John Wilson
John Wilson is a globally experienced Chairman and Chief Executive, with a strong background in the technology sector. He is currently the CEO of Bulgin Limited, a world-leading manufacturer of sealed connectors and components and Independent Non-Executive Director of AIM quoted Volex plc. Previously, John Wilson held the roles of Senior Independent Director, Chair of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Checkit plc (previously Elektron Technology plc), before which he was CEO of Elektron Technology Plc for almost a decade.
John Wilson holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Durham.
