– UK, Godalming – Hurricane Energy plc (LON: HUR), the UK-based oil and gas company, today announced the appointment of Juan Morera to its Board as Non-Executive Director subject to due diligence ongoing.
Concurrently, John Wright will step down from his role of Interim Chairman but will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
The current Senior Independent Director Philip Wolfe will assume the role of Independent Non-Executive Chairman, with both changes taking place with immediate effect.
