– UK, London – HomeServe plc (LON: HSV), the international home repairs and improvements business, today announced the appointment of Tommy Breen as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman-designate with immediate effect. He will become Chairman on 19 May 2021, succeeding Barry Gibson who has served as Chairman of HomeServe since 2010.
