– BERMUDA, Hamilton – Hiscox Ltd (LON: HSX), the international specialist insurer, announced the appointment of Peter Clarke to its Board of Directors as Chair-designate effective on 1 June 2025 and will succeed Interim Chair Colin Keogh as Chair with effect from 1 July 2025 when Colin Keogh will step down.
About Peter Clarke
Peter Clarke has a wealth of Executive and Non-Executive experience within FTSE-listed financial services organisations. A qualified solicitor, having worked at Slaughter and May, he spent much of his Executive career in banking and investment management. This includes 20 years in a range of senior roles at Man Group, including both as Group CFO and CEO. As a seasoned board director, Peter Clarke has also served as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Axa Investment Managers SA, Sainsbury’s Bank Plc, and, most recently, as Chair of Lancashire Insurance Holdings Ltd for seven years. He is serving as Chair of Redwheel and as a Non-Executive Director of Lombard Odier Asset Management on their US, European, and Swiss Boards.
