– UK, Solihull – Hill & Smith Holdings PLC (LON: HILS), the international group creating sustainable infrastructure and safe transport through innovation, today announced the appointment of Farrokh Batliwala to its Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 April 2022.

Farrokh will also join the Nomination, Audit, and Remuneration Committees.
About Farrokh Batliwala
Farrokh Batliwala was formerly President of the Connect and Control Technologies division of ITT Inc, a US-listed industrial group. Farrokh has significant international operational and leadership experience, combined with having held senior roles in both Strategy and M&A. Before joining ITT, Farrokh held senior management roles at both Eaton Corporation and Pratt & Whitney.
Farrokh lives on the East Coast of the US and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
