Pranil Vadgama was hired to lead Health Prime as it enters a new phase of growth, focused on customer management and continued technology innovation to lessen the administrative and financial burden on physicians.

Under Vadgama’s leadership, Health Prime will continue to advance its technology and service offerings, including the company’s flagship revenue cycle management and analysis platform, Datalytics. Datalytics lets physicians monitor the health of their medical practice by providing transparency into the medical billing collections process. The ability to identify areas that need improvement allows practices to make adjustments to ensure maximum reimbursement is received.
Before joining Health Prime, Vadgama held the position of EVP, Global Corporate Scaling at R1 RCM in India, where he led operations, technology infrastructure, procurement, and process improvement across the company. He has more than 25 years of diverse experience in international management. Vadgama’s involvement across multiple industries, operations, and geographies was key for his appointment with Health Prime.
