– FRANCE, Paris – Atos SE (EPA: ATO) today announced that its Board of Directors decided, during its meeting held on September 14, 2020, to nominate former French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe for election to the Board of Directors as an Independent Director, following the general meeting of shareholders to be held on October 27, 2020.
