– FRANCE, Paris – Atos International (EPA: ATO) today announced the appointment of Rodolphe Belmer to its Board of Directors as CEO, effective no later than January 20, 2022, succeeding Elie Girard who has resigned. Effective October 25, Pierre Barnabé and Adrian Gregory are appointed interim co-CEOs until Rodolphe Belmer takes office.
The Board of Directors has selected Rodolphe Belmer to lead the profound transformation of a global leader in secure and decarbonized digital services and to pursue its growth both organically and through strategic acquisitions.
