Gresham House Strategic appoints Graham Bird to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, London –  Gresham House Strategic plc (LON: GHS) today announced the appointment of Graham Bird, a representative of Gresham House plc, to the Board as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Graham Bird is CFO of Escape Hunt plc and was previously employed by Gresham House Asset Management Limited as a fund manager of GHS.

The company also announced that David Potter will retire as Chairman and Director at the AGM. If the replacement Chair is not identified by the date of the AGM, Helen Sinclair will act as interim Chair.
