– UK, London – Gresham House PLC (LON: GHE), the specialist alternative asset manager, today announced the appointment of Sarah Ing to its Board as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair, to succeed Non-Executive Director Richard Chadwick who will retire following the conclusion of the 2022 AGM. Richard has appointed Sarah as his alternate until the 2022 AGM, effective 15 September 2021. Richard will remain as Chair of the Audit Committee until he leaves.
