– UK, London – Graft Polymer Plc (LON: GPL) announced the appointment of Nicholas Nelson to its Board of Directors with immediate effect replacing Roby Zomer as Non-Executive Chairman.
Concurrently, the company also announced the resignations of Roby Zomer and Alex Brooks from the Board of Directors.
