– UK, London / AUSTRALIA, Perth – Golden Saint Resources Ltd (AIM:GSR) announces that the Company has today appointed Mr Keng Hock Seah (56), to the board of the Company (“Board”) as Finance Director. Prior to his move onto the Board Keng Hock Seahwas a non-Board Finance Director of the Company.
Keng Hock Seah, B.Bus, graduated from Curtin University, Australia with a bachelor of business degree. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Australia in 1989 and became a Member of the Institute ofSingapore Chartered Accountants in 1990. Keng Hock Seah has more than 16 years’ experience in senior financial management positions in businesseslocated in Australia and overseas. He spent the early years of his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is now a director of Stratman Services Pty Ltd in Australia. His experience of working in the commercial sectorincludes both private and public listed companies such as the SGX listed Singapore Press Holdings Ltd, City Developments Ltd and more recently Worldwide Online Printing (Aust/NZ) Pty Limited. Keng Hock Seah is currently based in Perth, Western Australia.
