– UK, London – Go-Ahead Group plc (LON: GOG) today announced the appointment of Dominic Lavelle to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2022.

As an experienced portfolio Chair of Audit Committees with a commercial mindset and broad finance experience gained from Executive, project, and Non-Executive appointments, he will add significant insight and value to our business,” said Board Chair, Clare Hollingsworth.
Dominic will also join the Remuneration and Nomination Committees as a member and the Audit Committee as Chair-Designate.
About Dominic Lavelle
Dominic has extensive corporate and financial knowledge, with previous positions including CFO of SDL plc, Group Finance Director of Alfred McAlpine plc, and Group Finance Director of Allders plc.
Dominic is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of McColls Retail Group plc and is a Non-Executive Director of AIM-quoted company FIH Group plc where he also serves as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. He is also the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of AIM-quoted company Fulcrum Utility Services Limited.
