– UK, Kent – Global Invacom Group Limited (SGX: QS9 | (LON: GINV), the global provider of satellite communications equipment and electronics, today announced the appointment of current Board member Wayne Porritt as Independent Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect, succeeding current Executive Chairman Tony Taylor who has decided to step down.
Concurrently, current COO and Board member Gordon Blaikie will assume the role of Interim CEO before a permanent replacement.
