Chaarat Gold appoints Board member Gordon Wylie as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors alongside David Mackenzie as acting CEO.

– UK, London –  Chaarat Gold (LON: CGH), the AIM-quoted gold mining company, with development projects in the Kyrgyz Republic, announced the appointment of Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Gordon Wylie as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, replacing Martin Andersson who steps down from his role as Executive Chairman with immediate effect but remains on the board as a Non-Executive Director, under Labro Investments Limited’s right of representation.

Concurrently, CFO David Mackenzie has been appointed as Acting CEO.
