– IRELAND, Kilkenny – Glanbia plc (LON: GLB), the global nutrition group, today announced the appointment of John Murphy to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, as a nominated director by Glanbia Co-operative Society Limited in line with the Relationship Agreement between Glanbia Co-operative Society Limited and Glanbia plc.
Following the appointment of Donard Gaynor, an independent non-executive director, as chairman of Glanbia, with effect from today, the positions of vice-chairman will no longer apply for the Glanbia Board.
