– UK, Nottingham – Games Workshop Group PLC (LON: GAW) today announced the appointment of Randal Casson to its Board as Non-Executive Director effective from 1 July 2022.
Randal Casson will also join the Audit and Risk Committee as its Chair and the Remuneration and Nomination Committees as a member.
Randal Casson has 35 years’ experience as a chartered accountant and has been an audit partner at PwC for the past 22 years. He will retire from PwC on 30 June 2022.
