– UK, Nottingham – Games Workshop Group PLC (LON: GAW) today announced the appointment of Mark Lam to its Board as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Mark Lam will also join the Audit and Risk, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees.
About Mark Lam
Mark Lam has many years of board experience in telecommunications and information technology. Mark was previously CTIO of Openreach and a senior executive at BT Group. He holds several public appointments in the UK and currently serves as Chair of the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, one of the largest hospital groups in Europe. Mark is also Vice-Chair of Broadway Partners, a fiber, broadband business.
