– UK, Cowley – Galliford Try Holdings plc (LON: GFRD), the UK construction group, today announced the appointment of Marisa Cassoni as Senior Independent Director effective from 1 November 2023, succeeding Terry Miller who is stepping down from the board.
Marisa joined the board as a Non-executive Director on 1 September 2018.
