About Jacky Wright
Jacky Wright is a globally recognised technology executive and advocate for inclusive innovation, with over three decades of experience leading digital transformation across the private and public sectors. She most recently served as Chief Technology and Platform Officer at McKinsey & Company, where she led the firm’s tech strategy, AI transformation, and technology modernisation effort., She was with Microsoft for over 10 years, where she served as Chief Digital Officer.
Other experience includes leadership roles at BP, General Electric, and HMRC. Jacky Wright has served on multiple corporate and non-profit boards, mentored emerging leaders, and continues to shape the future of technology through ethical leadership, innovation, and a commitment to equity.
