– IRELAND, Dublin – Flutter Entertainment plc (LON: FLTR) today announced the appointment of John Bryant to its Board as Non-Executive Director and Chair Designate, effective immediately. He will assume the role of Chair from 1 September 2023, to succeed Gary McGann who will step down from the Board at that time.
John Bryant will also join the Nomination and Remuneration Committees, and he will become Chair of the Nomination Committee on 1 September 2023.
About John Bryant
John Bryant is currently a non-executive director of Ball Corporation, Compass Group PLC, and Coca-Cola European Partners plc. John was previously Executive Chairman, CEO, CFO, and COO of Kellogg Company. He is also a non-executive director of Macy’s Inc. with his tenure ending on 19 May 2023.
