– IRELAND, Dublin – Flutter Entertainment plc (LON: FLTR / NYSE: FLUT) announced the appointment of Stefan Bomhard to its Board as an independent non-executive director, effective as of October 1, 2025.
About Stefan Bomhard
Stefan Bomhard has held several senior executive positions across a number of industries. He is CEO of Imperial Brands plc, and will step down from this role on 30 September 2025 and will step down as an Executive Director on 31 December 2025.
Before this, he served as CEO of Inchcape PLC and held a number of worldwide senior positions at Bacardi Limited, Cadbury plc, Unilever Food Solutions Europe, Diageo plc (Burger King), and Procter & Gamble.
Stefan Bomhard serves as a non-executive director of Compass Group plc.
