ExxonMobil announces Board member Jay Hooley as next Lead Director

– USA, TX –  Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE: XOM) today announced the appointment of Board member Jay Hooley as Lead Director, effective after AGM on May 5, to succeed lead independent director Ken Frazier who will not stand for re-election to the board.

Jay Hooley is the former chairman and CEO of State Street Corp. and has been an ExxonMobil director since 2020.
