Q2 Holdings adds Steve Hooley to its Board of Directors

– USA, TX –  Q2 Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: QTWO), a leading provider of digital transformation solutions for banking and lending, today announced the addition of Stephen Hooley to its board of directors.

Mr. Hooley brings extensive board experience and a proven track record of executive leadership across an extensive portfolio of financial services and software technology companies.

About Steve Hooley

Mr. Hooley is currently a director of Stericycle, Inc. (Nasdaq: SRCL), a provider of solutions for regulated medical waste management, secure information destruction, compliance, customer contact, and brand protection. Mr. Hooley is the former chief executive officer and president of DST Systems, Inc., a service-as-a-solution technology company. Prior to this, he served as chairman of a joint venture between DST Systems and State Street Corporation. Previously, Mr. Hooley served in several executive leadership roles at State Street Corporation. He began his career as an engineer with Texas Instruments.

He holds a mechanical engineering degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He will be the eighth member of the Q2 board of directors, joining R.H. Seale, Matt Flake, Lynn Atchison, Jeffrey Diehl, Chuck Doyle, Jim Offerdahl and Peggy Taylor.
