– UK, Milton Keynes – Essentra plc (LON: ESNT) today announced the appointment of Kath Durrant to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 3 January 2023.

Kath Durrant will also join the Remuneration Committee.

Kath Durrant is a Non-Executive Director of Vesuvius plc, SIG plc, and an advisor to Innovation RCA. She has previously served as a Non-Executive Director of Calisen plc and Renishaw plc.
Kath Durrant has extensive human resources experience from working at GlaxoSmithKline plc and AstraZeneca plc. She also served as the Group Human Resources Director at Rolls Royce plc and Ferguson plc and until 2019 was CHRO at CRH plc.
