– SPAIN, Madrid – Endesa, S.A. (BME: ELE | LON: 0N9G) today announced the appointment of Stefano de Angelis to its Board of Directors as an External Shareholder-Appointed Director representing ENEL, effective immediately, filling the vacancy resulting from the resignation of Alberto de Paoli.
Stefano de Angelis will also join the Audit and Compliance Committee.
