– SPAIN, Madrid – Endesa, S.A. (LON: 0N9G) today announced the appointment of Gianni Vittorio Armani to its Board of Directors as an external Shareholder-Appointed Director representing ENEL, filling the Board vacancy resulting from the resignation of Antonio Cammisecra.
Gianni Vittorio Armani will also join the Compensation Committee.
