– DENMARK, Hedehusene – DSV A/S (CPH: DSV) today announced that its Board of Directors elected Thomas Plenborg as Chairman of the Board.
Thomas Plenborg is Professor of Accounting and Auditing at Copenhagen Business School. He has executive management experience and holds several honorary offices, and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2011 and, until today, he was Deputy Chairman.
Jorgen Moller has been elected as new deputy chairman.
