DP Eurasia announces Board member Ahmet Ashaboğlu as next Chairman

– NETHERLANDS, Amsterdam –  DP Eurasia N.V. (LON: DPEU), the master franchisee of the Domino’s Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, today announced the appointment of current Independent Non-Executive Director Ahmet Ashaboğlu as Chairman of the Board of Directors at the 2023 AGM, replacing Peter Williams who will not stand for re-election.

About Ahmet Ashaboğlu

Mr. Ashaboğlu holds a Bachelor of Science from Tufts University and a Master of Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, both in Mechanical Engineering. He began his career as a Research Assistant at MIT in 1994 and held various positions in capital markets within UBS Warburg, New York (1996-1999). After serving as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, New York (1999-2003), he moved back to Turkey and joined Koc Holding as Finance Group Coordinator in 2003. He was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer in 2006, serving until April 2022. He is currently a Board Director at Mavi, Yapi Kredi Bank, Hepsiburada (NASDAQ), Koc Financial Services, Koc Finansman, and Sirena Marine.
