– UK, Bromley – Direct Line Insurance Group plc (LON: DLG) today announced the appointment of Acting CEO Jon Greenwood to its Board of Directors effective from 31 August 2023.
Jon Greenwood will remain as Acting CEO until Adam Winslow joins the Company and the Board, expected to be in the first quarter of 2024.
