– UK – The Board of Diploma PLC are pleased to announce the appointment of John Nicholas as Senior Independent Director, with effect from 18 November 2013.
John Nicholas will remain Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Marie-Louise Clayton continues as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
