– UK, Doncaster – DFS Furniture PLC (LON: DFS) announced the appointment of Bruce Marsh to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1st August 2024.

His extensive experience leading finance teams, maintaining robust financial controls and improving planning and performance, for “big ticket item” retailers will bring valuable experience and insight to the Board. Mr Marsh will also join the Audit Committee, Remuneration Commit, tee, and Nomination Committee.
The company announced that Loraine Martins will step down from the Board of Directors with effect from the 31st of July 2024.
