– UK, London – Deliveroo plc (LON: ROO) today announced the appointment of Shobie Ramakrishnan to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1 January 2024.

Shobie Ramakrishnan will also join the Nomination Committee, the Audit and Risk Committee, and the Remuneration Committee.

Shobie Ramakrishnan has over 20 years of experience leading technology-driven programs and currently leads the technology agenda at GSK in her role as Chief Digital and Technology Officer, including modernizing and streamlining the group’s technology platforms.
