– UK, Cambridge – Darktrace plc (LON: DARK) today announced the appointment of Patrick Jacob to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 7 December 2022, replacing Vanessa Colomarhas who will step down with effect from 7 December 2022.
“Over the last seven years, Vanessa has provided valuable counsel to Darktrace as it has journeyed from private company, through to its successful IPO in 2021, and as the public company it is today. We wish Vanessa well in her future endeavours. Patrick brings a long history of advising companies and their boards in directly relevant industry sectors and we look forward to him joining the Darktrace Board.” said Board Chair, Gordon Hurst.
Patrick Jacob has been nominated by the Invoke shareholders.
