– UK, Bristol – Curtis Banks Group PLC (LON: CBP), one of the UK’s leading SIPP providers, today announced the appointment of Alastair Clarkson to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Alastair Clarkson has also been appointed Chair of the Group’s subsidiary boards and will join the Risk & Customer Outcome committee and the Audit committee.

About Alastair Clarkson
Alastair Clarkson has a broad range of experience sitting on, and supporting, Boards of companies, professional bodies and charities with a focus on both risk management and finance functions. He is currently a non-executive director of Forester Life, Mediolanum International Life and is also an actuarial member of the Financial Reporting Council Tribunal Panel. Between 2002 and 2021 he worked at Standard Life plc / Standard Life Aberdeen plc where he held a range of senior executive positions across strategy and risk management functions and prior to that he worked at Scottish Provident Institution.
