– UK, Bristol – Curtis Banks (LON: CBP), one of the UK’s leading SIPP providers, today announced the appointment of Susan McInnes to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
“I am delighted to welcome Susan to the Board. She brings a wealth of financial services operational experience with a strong focus on customers, people and risk,” said Board Chairman, David Barral.
Susan McInnes has also joined the Remuneration Committee as its Chair and the Risk and Customer Outcomes Committee as a member.
The company also announced that Jill Lucas would step down from the Board of Curtis Banks and the Chair of Dunstan Thomas, effective from 9 December 2022.

Susan McInnes spent over 10 years with the Phoenix Group where she held several roles including Customer Director, and Group Chief Risk officer before being appointed as Chief Executive of Standard Life Assurance and Group Director of their Open Business. She is currently on the Board of Rowanmoor Group Limited, Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Limited, and Liverpool Victoria Financial Services Limited.
